After following the Onscreen directions go ahead and Test the Internet Connection. If all is well it should check everything and Pass. If it fails run through the setup again and you should be good. Switch back to WiFi connection which you were probably using already.

My system was just purchased a week ago. So I tried full format on my hard drive and then re installing system software through USB. I have no idea what to do at this point. Hi, my games have constantly been crashing on my PS4. When I first got my ps4 everything worked well no game crashes. After I got the game overwatch, something happened where the game files for overwatch became corrupted. After that point on, overwatch constantly crashed to the point I could not play. Had same problem, did everything in your post plus put new hard drive in, no luck, bought a new ps4, at this point might as well wait for ps5. So the only thing I have not tried is a new internal hard disk. I think you better wait a year or so before buying a PS5. The price then will go down, and many system errors that happen to new users would be fixed after a year of the PS5 launch date.
